our history

1992-2002 President and founder Tony Colant started his IT career in the early 90s as a consultant in the Microsoft space as companies began migrating from mainframes and minis to the desktop world. He quickly became a full stack developer and earned multiple Microsoft certifications while working for Microsoft Solution Provider Partners.
2002-Present In the early 2000s, Tony started his own company, Colant Software Engineering Solutions (C.S.E. Solutions) and continued his career in the IT Consulting world. Over the years, the company has grown and expanded its presence into the Oracle and Google Cloud Platform spaces.
2002-Present As C.S.E. Solutions took off, Tony quickly realized that he was spreading himself too thin and could not handle the increasing work load of clients on his own. That's where staffing organically began to grow for C.S.E. Solutions, and has become a huge part of its business today.
